1. Palm fruit reception:
Weighing is carried out after entering the factory area. After weighing, the palm fruit is kept inside the slope. The unloading platform has a feeding channel, through which the palm fruit bunches fall directly into the fruit cage car or conveying dragon.
2. Sterilization
The fresh palm fruit bunch enters the sterilization tank to be sterilized. By reducing the activity of fatty acid enzymes, it prevents the increase of fatty acids in fruits. After sterilization, it is easy to remove the fruit, and the broken rate of brown kernels is high.
3. Fruit removal
The fruit-threshing section is mainly to separate the palm fruit from the fruit bunch. The separated palm fruit will be transported to the crushing section. Empty fruit bunch processing: Empty fruit bunches will be sent to palm orchards or farmland as fertilizer, and can also be used as fuel.
4. Squeeze
The palm fruit is transported to the oil press for pressing. After pressing, oil-water mixture and cake are obtained. The mixture of oil, water and impurities will enter the oil clarification section. The cake is crushed by screw conveyor for fiber recovery.
5. Crude palm oil clarification
Crude palm oil is washed with water, precipitated and filtered to separate impurities. Through successive settling, the mixture is separated into palm oil and sediment. Palm oil is centrifuged and vacuum dried for storage. The sediment is divided into sewage and oil mixture. Sewage is recycled through sewage treatment. The mixed oil is clarified and separated again.
